Sharon Kao is a Taiwanese actress. She is a part of Bunun (Taiwanese aboriginal). In 2006, she starred in a Taiwanese TV drama Curly Hair (Series of the Graduate) published by Public Television Service Taiwan. And she starred in a Taiwanese film Leaving Gracefully in 2011. In 2014, she made a cameo in Lucy as a Taiwanese TV anchor, directed by Luc Besson. In 2016, she starred in a Taiwanese film "Hang in There, Kids!" which directed by Laha Mebow, and she won Best New Talent of Taipei Film Awards (18th). The film "Hang in There, Kids!" also captured the titles of Grand Prize, Best Director, Best Editing, and Best Narrative Feature at the Taipei Film Awards as the biggest winner.
